Dr. Sorathiya pursued a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Saurashtra university in 1996. He serves as the director and chairman of Endoc Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. and Neera Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. His experience in the field of Pharmaceuticals goes beyond 29+ years and in that he has worked for big names like Zydus Cadila and Orchev Pharma Ltd. The organization holds a competitive edge in the market, owing to his innovative strategies and insights into multiple aspects of marketing. Additionally, he contributes as a financial and legal advisor for the company with sound knowledge of rules and laws pertaining to the Pharma industry.

Dr. Akbari pursued a Ph. D. in organic chemistry from Saurashtra University in 2008. He holds an experience of over 17+ years in the business of Pharmaceuticals. During his time working with Claris Lifesciences Ltd., he worked with various departments like R&D, F&D, Process research, Technology Transfer, API manufacturing and Quality Control. His expertise lies in Iron-complex drug molecules and Pharma regulation as per WHO-GMP, US-FDA and other regulatory guidelines. At SNJ, his roles consist of looking over sales & marketing, quality control, and quality assurance.
Vinodbhai has done his mechanical engineering from Government Engineering College, Kutch. He has vast business experience in Pump Industry, Construction Industries, Textile Industry, Mining Industry, foundry industry. He is one of the directors of Rajkot Engineering Association and also director of cluster formed under government of Gujarat for Pumping Industry named RETARC (Rajkot Engineering Testing and Research Centre). His major role in company as a technical, financial and legal advisor to company for sustainable growth.
Ghanshyambhai has done Chemical Engineering from LD Engineering, Ahmedabad. He has vast experience of Chemical and Pharma Industries. He worked for 7 Years in Rayon Corporation and 20 Years in Saurashtra Chemical (Nirma Ltd), Porbandar. He is director of Nira Life Science since 2012 and looking general management and production activity. His diverse experience of Chemical and Pharma Industry helps company to achieve production and environmental sustainability goals.
